Was this temple and inner furnishings hand carved or was it cast in concrete? If it was hand carved that's pretty amazing. The amount of craftsman you'd have to have to complete this project today would be insanely exspensive.

The one in Gwinnett is hand-carved limestone, Italian Carrara marble and pink sandstone interior.
