Stoned dog barely able to stand after eating joint

At one point in the footage, the dog flinches at nothing in particular, prompting Chloe to grab hold of his collar to steady him.

Also, I know its imposible to get high from simply eating weed without cooking it into something first, I guess it works differently with animals though

Had a friend in high school who would blow weed smoke in his dog's face all the time. That dog loved it
