I think why you see a lot of rich people that look like they age well is because they don't have the normal stressors of common people. They have wealth and can pursue all of the latest and greatest rejuvenation methods. Also, short of health or major personal crisis, it is unlikely that they lose any sleep or stress over finances at any point in life.
