My friend said Seagal followed their NOPD unit for a few days after Katrina. Seagal showed up in a full length black leather coat in Aug/September. Many laughs were had at his wheezing, sweating, and complete exhaustion.

No, but I have a Seagal story. My buddy is an attorney in Los Angeles and does a little entertainment law. He did some work for Jackson Browne and Seagal, who were also friends with each other. One time he mentioned to Seagal about a party Jackson Browne was giving, which Seagal apparently hadn't been invited to. He said it was like Seinfeld where Crazy Joe Davola finds out about Kramer's party. After that Seagal sent back an expensive guitar Jackson Brown had given him.
