You're exactly right. The threat is made all the time to catch the attention of a resisting suspect. It's common. But it shows the desperation those stoop to in trying to diminish a good kill. It's what happens when the facts won't support their agenda.

What the cop said is purely speculation at this point, but the report did state that he pointed his gun at AS AFTER AS didn't comply and the cops struggled to control him. He didn't jump out of his car and put his gun to AS' head, like Gravy would like you to believe.
