I wish someone came up with computer software that searched everyones social media and links it to you. If you bash, hate, say eff the police, etc would notify the 911 operator. The operator would reply with, "I'm sorry no one is coming help you because you said, [Insert their comments]. Have a nice day!"

Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of cops that deserve criticism, but shooting a guy who's going for a gun isn't something I'll frick with them over.
