You don't need to play devil's advocate. There is an over abundance of that out there and they mean it.

Yeah but this thread was getting boring. I just pointed out other angles

Initially reports said this would take 2 to 3 months. Did they say why it took longer?
I kind of feel like Obama pushed it off on next administration. If anything was that damning as much as his leftover justice members seem to hate Trump before he even took office wouldn't they have pushed for indictment before Obama left office. He had around 6 months left in office when it happened.

Sterling family attorney says they were told that. Who knows

I trust Mr. Sterling's aunt more than some police spokesman. You know what they say about the thin blue line...

I actually have no idea what's going to happen next. It's going to be handled by someone terribly unfit to be AG. Jeff Landry doesn't even know where to stand in a court room id bet

I support the police always and forever.
That being said, just pretend for a minute that he did put a gun to his head and say that. If that did happen, can you blame the man for not listening to orders and trying to get away? With the amount of pressure that will be on the state with this case, and it can be proven that actually happened, is there a scenario charges are possible? Basically scaring the man into resisting thus resulting in his death.
Once again I am on the cops side 100%, this is just a scenario I was curious about because I am no lawyer.

Jeff Landry is swamp trash and I don't expect him to provide ANY justices whatsoever.

He 100% did
Especially after Trump won
Kicking the can was great for race baiting optics.
If they even had a sliver of something on the officers Obama would have been all over it.

Too bad the facts don't lend themselves to charging the cops so they rightfully will not be charged because in the line of duty they made the right call. Get over it

That would depend on WHEN that happened... Did he get out of the car and say this right away??? Or AFTER they warned him to comply??/

Wouldn't happen to me because I would comply with the officers because I have nothing to hide or anything to fear because I wouldn't be doing anything illegal.
