I already did. DOJ says he walked up and put a gun to his head and said "bitch I'm going to kill you" at worst that's assault with a deadly weapon. Charge him, keeps peace in the city probably, see what a jury does

According to Alton's lawyers who I am sure are soooo impartial. No where in the DOJ report do they mention this. The gun to his head maybe but no mention of those words.
