Anyone that immediately thinks that is usually the one looking at those kids inappropriately. It's a goddamn costume. Stop being creepy.

Definately more to the story. However, immediately ruling out a vindictive ex blowing it out of proportion would be a mistake.

You're wrong. Well, in alot of states, you're wrong.
I'm reminded of this story from last year. It IS Florida, though.
Naked neighbors doing yardwork, and the police can do nothing about it:
LINK

"Calls to the Martin County Sheriff's office have left many disgruntled as they've been informed by the authorities that unless the man touches himself inappropriately, there is nothing that they can do."

I would think most women would want to protect their boobs while doing work like that and at the least....wear a sports bra.

What a stupid defense. Why not just say "we were going at it and our kids walked in, shite happens, sorry."

Seriously.

This is a way better defense. "We are adults and we were having consensual sex and kids walked in".

Awkward, but not a crime.

Ummmm there's a law pretty much everywhere called "Indecent Exposure" and it will get you on the sex offender list.

Yeah, other people said that and I said it was stupid.

Nice Pee-Wee picture though. Shame how he ended up as the target of an, um, smear campaign.

How are the police brought into this matter? Did the kids call the cops? Not really sure how this all devolved into criminal charges

This makes zero sense. The costume is inappropriate

She's facing criminal charges so I assume the police were involved at some point.

Was the stepmom the same age as the stepkid and was she all tatted up with fake cans?

Because that's how all these scenarios went down when I researched the topic on several sites.

I have to agree with this following my extended research last night as well.

Wait, you believe that? Why are you always so gullible?

What woman takes her shirt and BRA off, with kids in the house? Especiallyyyyyyyy, if they don't belong to her?

I have to question the decision to go topless while working in the garage. Something isn't adding up there.

What if this had happened walking out the shower?

Are there certain parts of Utah law that dictate where she can and cant take off her clothes in her own house?

It was a hard, sticky situation, but the pursuit of the truth incests that we knuckle down and come to a conclusion.

I can see how you would get someone masturbating in public confused with someone being nude in their own home, that's a pretty common mistake
