Bottom line is the Old man driving the Gold truck forcefully said Lacy was about to head on him.
Well then if he forcefully said it....
He did. Have you even seen the clip? Probably not, cause your boy ever so carefully never once mentions it in his 45 minute misleading everyone bullshite video.
Which also leads into more of you being just as misleading. How come you talk about the video but leave out the old man saying seconds later in the same video he was about to head on me?

I have also posted my main issue with this entire case is the officer going to get a statement from the driver of the gold truck and proceeding to tell the driver what should be in the statement. Then a statement getting written out that contradicts what the driver says but matches what the officer said should be in the statement. Then the driver refused to sign the statement.
I've already posted that part of the video a few times..
I'll hang up and listen.

Lawyer says data proves he was 72 yards away at the time of impact. Might want to grab your calculator.

you are the one bending the truth by stating what it "looks like" from a video.
Meanwhile the lawyer that you say is "lying or bending the truth" is getting his data from a report that was done by the Lafourche Parish DA.
But sure lets go what it looks like to you in a video.

quote:ok lets see if this is fun......
But sure lets go what it looks like to you in a video.
So the crash site from the LSP
The camera location from the LSP
the footage of the camera paused by the LSP at the moment of the collision..
Looks like the green charger is inline with the curb into the gas station....
Quick google earth measurement...
What do you know... 138'. wow isnt that something.... so lets see where 73 yards is.. 73yd x 3'/yd = 219' .
ooohhh wow! look... 220' from the wreck is at the other entrance to the gas station.... maybe the lawyer isnt good with maps and got the wrong gas station entrance.
Another image of when he got back in he lane... from LSP.
that looks closer to the 138' entrance than the 220' entrance... so lets just split the difference and say 179'.
Why am i doing this... all of this started when i called out some one for calling it "almost a football field" away. well is 59 yards..... "almost" a football field... I would still say no.
Man that was fun... Maybe i should be a lawyer.

As shocking as it sounds, it almost sounds as if the personal injury lawyer is not being 100% honest.
On another note Matt Mascona going on and on about how concerned he is about the injustices in this case and having Ory and Lacey’s dad on his show for a long time after the LSP video came out was beyond pathetic.

Some times you cannot depend on Google Earth. Remember this is taken from a Satellite in space and not telling what kind of imperfections there are with Google Earth. It might be good for internet sleuthing but in a court of law you may need to breakout one of those walking sticks to measure exact distances.
This whole case has blown up into this meme.
You have the State Police in one corner saying Lacy was the primary cause and you have the Lafourche DA’s investigator saying that the Lacy wasn’t the primary cause.
Now everyone is trying either to save face or cover their arses.
If you take out the fact that Lacy was speeding and not passing where he wasn’t supposed to and look at it from another perspective where the gold truck turns regardless of where Lacy was, the accident still occurs.

Ory isn't a personal defense attorney for Lacey
It's shocking how wrong you are.
