Broom can't even make progress on MoveBR - which was passed years ago. That was a decent proposal with much-needed projects, but it's moving at a snails pace despite having funding to back bond sales so the city/parish can accelerate the projects.

I haven't lived in Baton Rouge since the mid 1990s. However, I am involved to some degree with Baton Rouge issues. I've never met with Broome or tried to do any projects with her. She's a mess.
