I think of the ray rice hit similarly. He pimped slapped her pretty good, but her being knocked out was the "bad visual". Thing is dont think he knocked her out with the hit, but her momentum hitting the elevator rail is what knocked her out.

I don't like to go to a restaurant and order boiled crawfish. I don't like pond crawfish and I don't like not knowing for sure whether they come from China. There have been a few times when I have gone somewhere and order crawfish etouffee and it says on the menu "Louisiana crawfish" and I could tell right away it was Chinese crawfish. They have a completely different taste, that.. IMO you can't hide.
I do love catfish, but that's another thing you have to be careful with. Some places will have "fried fish" on their menu. It has to say "Fried Catfish" for me to even consider ordering it. I also love tuna and redfish, but again I have to know for sure that is what I am getting.

I don't know about all of that. No matter what happened in that situation, Ray Rice's actions were not appropriate at all. He threw an absolute haymaker.

Another one I agree with. If you tell that to someone, it's like "are you serious? That is one of the all time greatest series ever" I watched the first 3 seasons, which took me a long time to do because I just wasn't getting into, but people would tell me "just wait! it gets better.. I watched later episodes when they would play a marathon and it seemed like it was just the opposite.
I get it. A chemistry teacher gets cancer, he decides to make and sell meth in order to provide for his family, ends up getting in to deep, he has this dumbass former student who works with him and finds ways to frick up things. And his brother in law worked for DEA. It was a pretty simple story line.

The voting age should be raised to 25. 18 year olds don't have enough real world experience to be part of important decision making like a presidential election.

I can understand why people think this way. But I don't like to have a platform pre-determine how I view each situation. Being independent has nothing to do with being "too timid to take a stand on anything" (que the "you can't stand" jokes). I have strong opinions on several issues and don't mind sharing them, but there might me one issue I take more of a conservative view on and other issues I might take a more liberal view on.

I was eating turkey gumbo out of the freezer made with thanksgiving turkey when I typed that.
