Maybe when Americans start paying extra for things made in America instead of price shopping. Companies move their manufacturing to China to compete with Chinese companies and their low prices that Americans love.

Some of these plants are already in Vietnam.

I’ve been speaking with my clients in a variety of manufacturing fields this week and their general consensus is this whole thing will be a huge wake up call and cause a major shift in onshoring plant operations back to the US.
It’s going to be really interesting to watch the fallout over the next few years.
