Larry Mobley, 25, of Skinner Road in Oktibbeha County, was arrested Monday after a witness allegedly saw Mobley having “unnatural intercourse” with a horse, according to the Oktibbeha County Sheriff’s Department.
“I’ve been here 23 years and I’ve never charged anyone with this crime until now,” Watson said.
Watson, who said he could not release any further details at this time, did not know if the horse was male or female.
