I think any and all skepticism that any government agency at any level will be responsible with the public's money is justified. Not a single one has ever done anything to earn the public's trust.

Agreed. Do you know what the assessed taxes are on it currently? I'm sure that Vermillion Parish budget will be increasing significantly from the $25 MM per year.
