My wife and I are interested in sending our kids to St Luke's School and were looking for feedback if anyone here or their kids went there. What are your thoughts on the school? I really liked the lower classes (my oldest would be in Pre K next year). Did you feel the kids that stayed there through 8th grade were prepared for high school?

A really good friend of mine went there before transferring to a boarding school in Virginia, then college at Washington Lee. He currently works for Goldman Sachs. My friends wife teaches there and enjoys the kids. That’s all I have abt St. Luke’s.

One of my sons friends went there. Left in the 6th grade to attend Sherwood middle academic. Was very well prepared for the academic magnet as was my son who went to Runnels. You aren't going to go wrong with St Luke's but schooling is a small part of raising a kid parenting is infinitely more important then which school you choose.

My son went to St. Luke’s. His teachers were all excellent and I am still amazed at how well prepared his class from there has been. Lots of National Merit Scholars and Commendeds from my sons class.
It’s a small school that teaches on a high level. I think Todd Graves went there and then on to Episcopal. Many others from St. Luke’s have gone on to succeed in life. It’s a good school.

My kids went.
Great place for anyone’s kids. You’ll meet a lot of similar minded parents and become lifelong friends.
Kids will enjoy. Great atmosphere and they will be well prepared for whatever the next school is.
