Sounds like the DA is trying to get himself removed from the case... I think he knows there isn't going to be an indictment and he doesn't want to be part of it.
He was on a radio show basically calling out the governor. Saying he needs to quit being a pussy and make up his mind whether to remove him or not. That if he waits weeks to do it, that it will just reset the entire damn thing and they'll have to start over.

Agreed. Since Mr Neck Tat may be lying, his testimony may be thrown out based on prior arrests. At least that's what happened when a friend from high school got killed. They threw out 2 of the witness testimonies because they were arrested. Murderer got acquitted and is walking free today. I'm not saying that will be the case here, but I know that they can rip his credibility to shreds.
