If some of you remember, i think medic or myself posted a tweet where a guy claimed FBI had agreed with dropping charges after listening to witnesses statements(Tuesday???).
Then we get a sheat load of evidence in Cops favors and leaks in his favor.
Now Holder?? And ex special forces group protecting some one????

Well he would have to prove that Brown committed a felony or was a threat.. (But Brown assaulting the officer is a felony crime I believe so it should be pretty open and shut.)

Uh the video of the robbery isn't enough proof? Or is that not a felony?
Posted on 8/20/14 at 8:10 pm to Paige
It might be. And that would have to be admitted as evidence which it might not be.

Not to mention the strong arm robbery (I would imagine felony, no?) so he has two felonies before being shot and still appears to be charging the officer.
Let me ask again, what in the hell are all the fools whining about?
ETA: paige beat me to the robbery.

Damn, that means he could have even shot him in the back and been justified in the killing from what I'm reading. Am I off base?
There are certain instances where shooting someone in the back can be justified.
For example... If you are in a parking lot and take a parking spot and someone gets pissed and verbally attacks you. They say they're going to kill you and head towards their vehicle saying they're going to shoot you. Your life is in danger, so the shooting is justified. You don't know if they have a gun or not, but at the moment you don't know that.
TIFWIW. That's what I was taught in my CC course. There is a fine line, but if you feel that your life or someone's life is in danger and you say so, it can be justified. Never say that you weren't scared. Always say that you feared for your life.
And the BS about firing 6 shots being extreme is absurd. I'm not a very experienced shooter, and I can fire 6 rounds in less than 5 seconds and drop my mag and reload and fire 6 more in less than 30 seconds. If you feel your life is in danger you don't shoot to scare, you shoot to kill. You aim for that P on the target.

yes, when he grabbed the guy in quickie mart, he commits the felony.

Watching Fox now and they're talking about the actual shooting. How many shots were fired and how many were hits?

If the officer was unaware of the robbery, it wouldn't qualify. Although, attacking the officer was a felony.
And the reason I say if he didn't know, bc the info I linked this morning stated the officer reapproached them bc they didn't get out of the street.... We need the officers statement so the back and forth can stop.

If the "KKK", (probably all 10 of the idiots), are in town what's the odds violence steps up and the NBBP and NOI blames the KKK or vice versa?
I'm surprised a pipe bomb hasn't been set off. Now I'm obviously not wishing for this, but the environment seems like a good opportunity for the hate groups...

I don't support either side's shitty positions, but it's only fair if one is allowed the other is too

Yes, it does. Is WBC out there again? I wouldn't mind if someone solved that problem.
