Damn that video he does say twice that MB ran at police like the shots were all missing. I had my doubts until hearing that honestly. The sad thing is this witness will NEVER come forward as a witness for the cop as well as anyone else from that neighborhood. That's gotta be a sick feeling for that cop (if he truly did nothing wrong)
