Reports coming out of a riot seem to be over exaggerating, sounds like the Quikmart was looted and that's about it so far.

story is, the guy tried to grab his gun, then ran from the police car with hands up and officer shot him. but who knows. You won;t get an honest account from any of the people who did see what happened.
And now, with that asshat Holder getting involved, and Al Sharpton to stir up shite tomorrow, the cop is screwd, regardless of whether he panicked and overacted or not.
