If they are renting from you you have to get a judges order, have them served and they have a certain amount of time to get out. Like 45-60 days at which time if not gone the constable will remove them and you can put their stuff at the street. Anything attached is yours to keep.
Squatters are entirely different and actually end up having more rights than a renter not paying rent.

I had a renter that was evicted years ago and his homeless buddy stayed with him. I had to go through the legal process to evict the tenant and once you have a court date you cannot mess with the tenant.
After the tenant was evicted his homeless buddy filed paperwork and stayed in the property a few days. I had to get my lawyer involved and see what paperwork he filed to dispute it. It took 30 days to finally get rid of the squatter.
My next step was just to have the home demolished and rebuild it to get rid of the idiot. If a squatter files the right paperwork it can be a mess.

Yep. Some bizarre stories out there. It's amazing what some people will do.
I had to evict a tenant in a commercial building that didn't pay rent for a year. He had two large pieces of equipment bolted to the slab and just about destroyed the building trying to remove them so I couldn't keep them.
After he got out of jail after about 6 months his father came in from Miami and paid me for the damage and back rent so he could get the equipment back. I liked the old man and he didn't have to do that for his latter 40's son so I agreed but I still was out a lot of money. Being a landlord is my least favorite business venture that I have.

sneak in when no one is home. Go to AC return and remove filter. Fill a very large bowl with bleach.
Then fill a 3mil garbage bag 1/4 the way with ammonia.
Prick a little hole in it hang it above the bowl of chlorine.
replace filter and put vent back in place set it so it can't be opened without tools.
Wait a few days.
Problem solved.

The term you are looking for is "ejectment".
ejectment
n. a lawsuit brought to remove a party who is occupying real property. This is not the same as an unlawful detainer (eviction) suit against a non-paying or unsatisfactory tenant. It is against someone who has tried to claim title to the property.
