Backstory, I recently started seeing this new woman.. been out of the dating scene for a minute and well it’s my first time dating an African American woman.

So help me out, how can I tell if she’s rocking a weave or if she just has perfect smooth ethnic long hair? I know supersaint can give me a tip or two.

Thanks

Try and touch it. If she waves you off it's a weave. If she leans in it's her hair.

Ok, so she let me touch it. But being of Caucasian decent I did not know what I was really looking for here.

All black women’s natural hair is curly. Why does it matter if it’s a weave?

Ask to touch it. If she says yes is real.

Black women don't like to have their hair touched at all usually.

I hope not man, I’ve been a long time lurker and just wanted to finally create a handle so that I can talk football and get answers to real world questions..

See this one is more straight and wavy... long too. if it’s a weave job it’s a high dollar operation.
