Why do you so readily discount the possibility of ignition by static electricity? Have you not shocked yourself on a car door or metal file cabinet on a cold day?

I don't know. If it is possible, its obviously very very rare. There could be a bacteria or combination of bacteria that could ignite the fat in a human body.

What moral retribution? If it occurs, I don't see why its anything other than a freak accident.
