Physical dependency isn't constant. They can go away with time. It's the underlying causes of addiction that make people relapse after 4 years of sobriety.

Can we ignore the which drug is worse debate for a second and touch on how people come to this conclusion? I'm not picking on you specifically, it just seems like the overall tone of the OT is this way.

I have some left over hydrocodone and would like some all-knowing OT advice on how to best abuse it.

No. Don't snort hydro. It has Tylenol in it and will burn and not even be worth it.

I respect that. Doesn't change my view. This coming from someone who started snorting coke at 14.
