It has a modern, extensive interstate system, including a loop. The surface streets are intelligently laid out. It has some blighted areas but so does every other city. The yoga pants factor on Line Avenue is high.

While getting around the city is easy, the city itself is crap. I lived up here for 6 months, come up often to visit my SO’s family, and am up here all week for Tgiving. Shreveport/Bossier sucks as a whole.

Infrastucture-wise, it's probably the best laid out city in the state. It's got some nice old housing stock within that infrastructure.
Sadly, it's terrible in every other way.

It has it downsides, just like all the other cities in our poor arse state, but I'd be sad if I had to move to any of the other ones.
They all suck in various ways, but Shreveport sucks the least.
