speeding ticket advice

so about a month or so ago I got a speeding ticket on river road between lauberge and Brightside drive, I was doing 75 in a 55. But the catch is that my lisence is supended due to a DUI that I got back in November; knowing my lisence would be suspended when I got released I went immediately to the express DMV and got a new one. So when I got pulled over the cop just wrote me my ticket and went about his day. What I'm wondering is when it comes time for me to go downtown on my court date to pay for my ticket will the court/ judge be able to have me arrested on the spot if they can see that my lisence is suspended?

i get driving to where you have to go after a dui, but 75 in a 55?
if its both in the same parish, you could be screwed. well unless some of the stuff isnt processed in the system yet.

If you drive with a license that's under suspension specifically for a DWI, you're going to jail. Jindal signed that one into law just a few years ago.

Ok, here is some advice.
Once they book you into jail, find the biggest black dude there and beat the shite out of him. This way nobody will steal your tater tots.

So you were driving with a suspended license, and you decided that you were going to go 20 over the limit. Which I'm pretty sure is an extra charge of reckless operation. Huh.

Oh yeah. He should have already consulted a lawyer after getting the DUI in the first place. He really should talk to one now.
