Spanish should be mandatory learning in schools

Let's start with mandatory basic coding - will be way more beneficial to students. Is also classified as a language

Wrong - English should be mandatory learning for all immigrants.

I HAD to take at minimum of one semester of Spanish in HS in order to graduate. That was more than 10 years ago.

I can speak very little Spanish now.

LOSS OF COMMON LANGUAGE

At first immigrants assimilated and learned the Latin language. They
worked as servants with many rising to leadership.

But then they came so fast they did not learn Latin, but instead
created a mix of Latin with their own Frankish, Spanish, Portuguese,
Italian, Romanian, Germanic and Anglo tribal tongues.

The unity of the Roman Empire began to dissolve.
