Spam Calls & AT&T Spam Alert

I haven't been getting as many spam calls as I use to, but the ones I do get, i'd say maybe 25% of them will show up as AT&T spam alert.
Is there a reason it doesn't pick up more spam calls?

If you have at&t they have an app for that.
Now if it's a spoofed number you just hit block, or can flag it for future people.
