Wife and i started watching it last year only because we have some mutual friends in common with the cast, and it was kinda fun to pick out the NOLA locales they go to.. i’ve never seen any of the other Southern Charms, or anything else on Bravo for that matter.
All that said, up until last week i would have agreed with the poster above that Jeff Charleston is the ultimate cuck and makes the Saints SB team look bad.. but he really redeemed himself last week, on the season finale.. (Spoiler alert).. Right after Reagan married that complete loser Reece (i call him the Human Cringe, because everything he says and does is cringeworthy and makes me want to gouge out my eyes and ears).. right after the wedding, they cut to six months later and it’s revealed that Jeff is 5 months sober, is selling the house he shared with Reagan in Covington , and has bought a motorcycle to take an extended road trip to the West Coast... THAT’s how you do it, my dude.

I know Barry and Tamica pretty well. No dirt on them, as they a both great people. They used to live in old Metairie, but have since moved to the Northshore.

Yep, just down the street from Karen Swensen who’s an anchor on WWL (i used to live around the corner.)
Also Justin and Kelsey (sp?) live not far away in Gentilly.. but yeah most of them live in like Ole Metry or Mandeville.

I noticed that on the show.. i thought it was weird since there was an ep last season where they wanted their daughter to be around other African American kids because there weren’t any other black kids at her school.. so they moved to the Northshore?! Might be the first time in history that’s ever happened.

Reagan and this reese fellow seem to have moved quick, she saw the social statues boost of getting into that family to push her shitty jewelry. Jeff lost his shine to her when we was no longer a nfl player. I have a friend whose really close with them and i get a little glimpse into their pretending to be of some importance.

Ive seen comments by females on other sites, FB etc to the effect that Reagan really ‘downgraded’ when she basically left Jeff for Reece.. and i have to agree, Jeff, while he embarrassed himself a few times, seems to me to be essentially a pretty good guy.. while IMO Reagan and Reece pretty much deserve each other.. Also Tamica to me, fwiw, seems like she’s a pretty decent person, and Barry seems cool too.

Yep at the end of the season Tamica said she replaced her old best friend with her new best friend (Jeff). who just happens to be her old best friend s ex-husband.
