Blizzard or tornadoes? Which is the preference?
Give me a blizzard, but I love snow so that’s an easy choice for me.
It’s more likely that we will have an EF-5 tornado in Alabama this year than it is that we’ll have a blizzard, though.

Wasn’t too bad. Saw some broad rotation go over me. Wicked clouds
I chased the area of rotation but nothing ever came down

It didn’t last long. I think there could be several quick spin ups in that QLCS

Cell southwest of Yazoo city catches a warning radar indicated
Sort of looks like it would miss Yazoo city to the north

Got some cells that have fired out in front of the line in the classic Meridian, Quitman, Bay Springs, MS area that are rotating cells. Whether any of this will ever make it to the ground remains a question

Storm chaser Brad Arnold is saying there was (is?) definitely a tornado on the ground in the Benton, MS warning. Said he never saw it but had insulation, etc. falling around him that indicates it

I watched that storm roll over. Pretty sure lightning struck one of the plants. Moderate rain and rapid temp drop. That was it.

Rain line is passing through Jeff Davis Parish. It’s raining cats and dogs with moderate wind gusts.

Both of those warned storms have healthy rotations.

Not much in Cenla. A little wind and rain. Front is already through and temp dropping.

Looks like the line has slowed down and weakened (near Lafayette). It was supposed to hit Lafayette around 7, now it looks like 9. but it looks like it will weaken.
