So far doesn’t look we will see any discrete cell action today at least in my area. Looks like the front is moving across Arkansas pretty fast. My phone says storms until after midnight but I’m not seeing that unless the front slows way down

The southern extent of the front looks to be dragging along and back building storms along it. Your phone is probably right.

That looks like a mostly wind-driven upgrade to Moderate stemming from that bowing segment. Nasty.

Looks like it is, though there is a 15% tornado risk in the moderate risk area, too.

going to be rolling in the dough with tariffs on Vietnamese fish?

I hope so! Things are looking better I heard the processors are picking up new sales this week.

I’m currently at the world catfish festival in Belzoni. Usually about 20k people but maybe half that this year due to impending weather

I was wondering what you did fun for around there, delta. Glad you find things to do out there in what I would call pretty rural MS, but I bet everyone knows everyone around there.
It appears the frontal speed is faster than anticipated, and I think Memphis won't see much once the squall moves through. I expect any tornadic development to be between Alexandria and Natchez at this rate.

One of the contestants but I don’t think they announced it yet. I left due to it about to start raining and needed to get back to the farm. I downed as much catfish and beer as fast as possible
