It ain't good. It ain't the worst I've heard.
With that said, he will never make any money doing it. Definitely don't let him drop out of school. If he wants to keep doing it as a hobby I would encourage it. Who knows, with a bunch of practice and time on the mic, he may get really good and can someday get paid doing it. That would take a huge amount of luck, even if he does get way better. But he shouldn't count on making a living rapping.
