I am convinced that if family members didnt exist (that demand things get done correctly) the level of care in hospitals is abyssal. Not nurses fault, all the time. They are stretched thin.

Agree completely. Like I said, I was there for 4 months, and had plenty of time to notice that half the floor had no visitors or anyone looking out for them. Just like anything else, the squeaky wheel gets the oil, and I'm grateful to have had people to squeak on my behalf.

Her determination to become a healthcare administrator and a nurse. It wasn’t easy in the beginning due to me being in the Air Force. After I separated in 2013, my wife (no pics) has blossomed. All she needed was stability.

If you want to connect the dots for why things worked for you, check out The Plant Paradox by Dr. Gundy.

Under $20 on Amazon. A very good read on how our food has changed and other interesting as hell information.

ETA: A good sandwich needs a lot more stuff on it than I ever used.

My wife made me appreciate my family a lot, because my in laws are a bunch of trashy wackadoodles from North Alabama.

I don’t know how she came from that lot.

My Crohn's is mild and my gastro was throwing Humira at me.
Sticking to Uceris as needed though.
Ibuprofen is my quick route to a flare and having a bad back makes me susceptible.
