Engineering Dept skipped a chapter of Deming's TQM.
Deming is turning in his grave.

Whatever happened with the Toyota uncontrolled acceleration? Was it the floor mats?

How in the hell did they manage to frick up such a fundamental part of the car so catastrophically? Wheels and axles have needed to not fall off since there have been wheels and axles

A recall but they don't know how to fix?

Are they giving out rentals?

Well, Ford has a vehicle that won't go into park and another that accelerates uncontrollably and randomly. Toyota has jumped in the game with wheels that just fall off all willy-nilly. Traveling is now a true adventure again.

Literally what's happening to America right now. All in the name of green energy.

floor mats caused it but it was the design flaw to have the pedal 1/8" off the carpet that cause it

they just swapped out the gas pedals to allow a gap between the floor and pedal to fix it

That was fixed by making the wheels fall off.
