This case is why Life Without Parole (LWOP) is a thing.
People don’t give these assholes the death penalty and then declare that “life” only means 40 years, letting them back on the streets.

He shouldn’t have had the luxury of ever getting out. They should have plugged him with a .45 in the dome right after he was convicted of the first brutal murder.

Needs to be force read to every country that opposes the death penalty.
Absolutes destroy.
I'd wish for a force feeding of truth serum to the old shite and then questions about how he played the system again, and again and again.
I wouldn't be surprised if these were his only murders.

I'd be willing to bet that this is some type of "retirement plan with free medical and food" ploy, at the ripe age of 77.
