An “expert” doc from UAB said he expects 40% mortality rate for those 80 years and older.

Total shite show

I don’t know if any of this shite is true. But if it is, there will be a lot of people eating crow.

I think most have said that there were tons of people infected already.

Which is the whole point. The mortality rate is much, much less in reality than what is being calculated now.

It's well under 1%. Probably not even close to 1%.

Yeah, I heard they're also mobilizing the snipers on top of the Superdome. Be careful...

This shite is ridiculous, just like the Katrina experts

Actually WHO revised them DOWN because of false positives

So they are trending in the reverse in the last two weeks

Well they’ve opened back up their ports, businesses and factories and appear to be somewhat back to their way of life.

If that’s true, and I’m not saying it is, then I’m fricked

If that's true, then someone on the ot will be infected within a week and we can get some better information on what it means for a normal healthy adult to be sick.

Therein lies the rub, I’m normal, but I’ve got health issues.

we accept that, where are the bodies? With that number and a supposed 3% mortality, we should see 15,000 dead. Certainly more than the 50 we have had die to this point.

Right so either the number infected is BS or the mortality rate is BS

If that many people ACTUALLY have it already and the deaths remain low (50 with half them from one nursing home) then it’s actually good news.

Why didn’t this asshat take all these crazy actions with H1N1. 12000 dead 60 million infected. Not one travel ban or event shutdown.
