I recently sold a used vehicle and a friend said I opened myself up to problems by not putting as is not warranty in the paperwork and said their is an implied warranty on all auto sales in the state of LA. I always thought a used car was automatically viewed as is unless sold by a car dealership. If you could clear this up for me I would appreciate it .Thanks in advance.
