Its our government... so it wont be just EV owners. They will put it on all tagged vehicles. Doubt they will remove the gas tax so gas vehicles will pay double.

Have you ever heard of a tax the government didnt like?

Its another way for them to punish people who use fossil fuels.

Definitely no room for frickery and manipulation there. The shitty gas station that I have to honk at and prove my blinkers work every two years is going to be determining my tax liability and reporting that to the IRS?
