I saw the same thing, he is not leaving anything out..

Person lives in another city with no plans to move back. Instead of selling the property he decides to rent it out. Is doing light renovation himself instead of hiring help he asks friends to come help him with something he will profit from.
This was sent to all facebook friends.

How would the OT respond?

I would set forth a rate that could be paid back with interest with the rental income.

Your call as to what seems fair.

I know I'm in the minority but I feel that friends are more than fun/convenient acquaintances. If a buddy needs help with their home, rental, or camp I would be happy to help.

My assistance would have limits though and I would expect that when my time comes to ask for help they answer my call.

Meh. I can't count how many times I've helped friends fix up their house. Five that I remember for sure after Katrina. I'm glad to help in those situations.
Unless it's one of my best friends I would have to say no on this rental dealio

I love how they have Randy put his arm around her and lean up against her. The little shite like that cracks me up.

show up for work. Bring a contract giving you equity in said property in exchange for your time/energy. Ask him to sign it before you start helping

It's pretty trashy that your pussy arse can't go help your friends do some remodeling one weekend.

Maybe you could at least go make them all sandwiches while they do the man's work, you little bitch.
