So There Is This Drifter Hanging Around My Mom's Neighborhood

He lives with his mom, but he roams the neighborhood. Seems like a sketchy mother fricker. He was smoking a cig outside a girl that just moved in at about 10 at night and scared the shite out of her.
I've talked to him. He seems full of shite.
I could easily take his arse 1-on-1, but my mom is older and I'm not always there. Kinda freaked out.
