Enjoy your little chuckle. I throw those resumes straight into in the big round filing cabinet. Stencil and Jaxon are probably the type of people who can't be bothered to spell "really" correctly, so I don't need them.

The good news is the name's right at the top, so I don't have to waste my time reading any further.

We are currently hiring at my company and have gotten over 200 resumes. My boss told me she definitely has thrown some out just because of the name. People need to remember that when naming their child.

I'm trying to figure out why it matters that she wants to name your kid stencil. If such a decision can be made unilaterally then you have much bigger problems.

"I want to name our child stencil."

"Yeah, that's nice, sweetheart. That's not happening. Now let's come up with a name we both agree on."

You realize Stencil and Jaxon didn't name themselves, right? You aren't hiring their parents. Be better at your job.

I'm hoping the child isn't born yet since they are just now coming up with a name.

Absolutely, so don't frick up your kid's future by naming them something horrible like Jaxon. And I know you wouldn't get hired with those spelling skills.

It's sad but true. You can get a good idea of their upbringing by their name

So you are the only person in the world that hires? I wouldnt want to work for a shallow person like yourself. Besides by the time anyone named Jaxon or Stencil is of age to get hired, you will probably be worm food.

I have applied at 3 different companies the last 2 years and were hired by all 3. I turned them down because the pay wasnt worth my time. Im good with numbers. I wouldnt have taken this job if I wasnt. The 4th time the numbers were good.
