What she's saying is that technically the virus is or can be airborne. If you cough or sneeze the particles that leave you can spray up to six feet and last around for a little bit.

I honestly won’t use a public toilet if I hear the previous person using a hand dryer. Instead of their potential sneeze or cough particles going into the wall, it’s going into hot air filling the whole bathroom.

It’s a respiratory infection, so I suspect the viral concentration of secretions with coughing/sneezing is higher than sweating (doubt that sweat has much of any viral load). Plus the most likely thing to send the virus into the atmosphere is coughing and sneezing (much higher velocity of droplets with a sneeze as opposed to sweat dripping off).
