Darth I understand where you’re coming from but you can’t judge a kid when you know zero about him. I have to admit I would likely have issues with this due to age but there’s things you have no control over and it’s in those moments that you have to hope the values you instilled in your child come to play.
If they want to have sex, they will have sex and there’s really nothing outside of locking your daughter up that you can do about it.

Dad has to put his foot down. That's too old for a 15 year old. My daughter is 15 and I wouldn't allow it, but my non-trashy wife would agree with me and my sensible daughter would know better.
In the case of the OP, the mother is ok with it and no prosecutor is going to fool with it as long as one parent since they have dual custody is ok with it. If both parents are against it; that is a different story and would make one hell of an episode of judge judy.

I got nothing but love for you, Bella. But I have to say you’re dead wrong here. Part of being a parent is actually controlling your child, even when they’re 15. This mentality of “well they’re gonna do it anyway” is a cop out and reason number one why so many young people are so fricked up today. Being a parent isn’t always easy and you sure as hell ain’t always gonna be their friend. But it’s still your responsibility to do it.

It all come back to how you raise them. A parent can only physically protect their children for so long. The rest is what you put in their heads as they grow up and what you do in your relationships with others.

I actually did about 2 hours before he was to come over to pick her up.
I shot her a straight one.
Told her I was not at all good with her having interest in an 18 year old and had an even bigger issue him having interest in her.

His daughter is at that age where theres very little chance he ever gets the chance to mend whatever holes were made in the relationship. At least until she's likely beyond college.
