Create a housing affordability crisis, get people mad, government swoops in and creates middle class section 8 but for renting sfh, and government pays funds owning houses pleasing both sides. Not hard to see that scenario happening, and glad I was able to buy a house.

ou must realize that investors buying all the inventory possible to hold for rent means there are fewer houses for sale so much higher prices
Somebody will lose...usually the regular guy, but sometimes a regular guy can win out a little, following in the wake of the industry giants.
