Diabetes is no joke. My wife passed away 2 years ago due to complications of Diabetes. And she happened to get diabetes from pancretitis

My Mexican friend is always eating candy and carbs. I tell him he’s gonna get diabetes one of these days. When I saw this thread, I showed him and said, “aye Juan, c?!”.

What "type" of diabetes was the joke about? I'll give u the benefit of the doubt it was about the obese that have type 2. I'll grant you some leeway there.

Had it since I was three. Kind of just waiting and hoping for when I turn 40 what will happen. Hopefully I keep my limbs and my sight...but feels unlikely statistically.
