If you two aren't friends and all she does is leech off you, then text her back saying you honestly aren't interested in moving stuff and that you usually hire pros to do moving for yourself.
Give her the number of a moving company and end it at that.
Worse case she never speaks to you again... which is a good thing right?

It's a win win here.
She can wait a couple days for free help moving or she can lose money paying for guys moving because she was too impatient.
Either way, she'll respect you.
