These people want a government handout and to not have to pay rent? What happened to having savings?

Bunch of socialists.

ETA: not to mention collecting unemployment

I had a few call me and tell me to put something in writing saying they didn’t have to pay rent.

They did not like my answer

I would let my tenant slide for a few months if he were struggling.

You gotta pay the piper to have a roof over your head. That’s just the way it goes.

No, I think you are thinking about the Camel’s Toe.

What if a third of your tenants not paying rent meant that you couldn't pay the note?

I’d probably prefer to extend a few mouths deferred with a good resident than have to find another one in this market

I’m not happy with just my $3400 stimulus and the 600 they’re adding to my unemployment. I think they should also assist my mortgage payments and maybe forgive my SBA Katrina loan that I still owe about 3,000 on.

So the guy you’re renting from doesn’t deserve cash flow just because you’re not getting it?
