I’m not giving up my left arm. That’s what I use for a brace while shooting right handed. Pistol brace. For pussies.

I believe this is another one of those constitutional edict orphans. They’re playing another game of throw mud at the wall and see what sticks. In that, I mean, they want to see how much Americans are willing to take it up the arse and comply like good little subjects. Another socialist garbage in Canada is trying to ban hunting rifles because of crime.

Look, every bit of this is seeing how much a free people are willing to comply with that violates their freedoms and liberties. The Covid shut downs only served as encouragement. There’s much much much more to come. Believe it.

No, in fact I'm going to buy another one right now.

The average OT baller can shoot a Desert Eagle offhand and has no need for such assistance.

If you have to shoulder a pistol brace to get the short-barreled rifle you want, it is similarly past time.

Violates the Constitution in multiple ways:
2nd Amendment - infringement
5th Amendment - taking without just compensation
Ex post facto law
frick them

I don't have any of those but "shall not be infringed" is not a question nor open for further interpretation. ATF can suck it.
My question when looking at that picture is what is gained (this maybe specific to the picture and not other weapons as I don't have experience with such). Seems to me if you want to truly be accurate with your shots you would extend the stock and use it as a rifle. But then again I'm not part of any mass shootings or practice for that kind of exercise so what do I know.
Can anyone explain to me what this aids in when extending the stock would give better control. This is not a troll, I don't understand based upon the provided picture. If we are talking about the pistol used by Lee Van Cleef; I could almost understand but that was a modification that made the pistol more like a rifle with a stock.
TLDR; F the ATF and any gun "regulations". I just don't understand how the pistol braces help based upon the picture.

Agreed

But to answer your question lots of one armed people (especially vets) who enjoy shooting use them. Now, they also allow you to have basically a SBR with a stock, but it’s still considered a pistol because technically a brace isn’t a stock. So because it’s considered a pistol and not a SBR you don’t have to register it and pay the tax stamp.

It looks scary, this is what happens when reality stars and bartenders get elected to go to Washington.
