That's what the container says, but those statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.

“Statements, long term effects from experimental “vaccines”,….. frick evaluating shite. Now, toss me a beer.

“And get you one, too.”

The short answer is yes, but the long answer is it depends. You really need to be consistent and patient. You aren’t going to feel better in a week. Give it 3 months and you will definitely see improvement.

Hold on, let me pull up the peptides thread.

It’s got a lot of good info.

Hard to beat…

Think he’ll feel it as well?
lol

I’ve always thought glucosamine helped. But, I can never tell if it’s actually helping or giving me a placebo effect from the price. I finish a bottle, feel fine again for a time, don’t repurchase it, feel my shoulders getting achey again later.

I'm not sure about Collagen, but Osteo Biflex knocks out the pain from my left knee. I had a years worth of constant knee pain after coaching last years football season.

I have torn cartridge in it. It takes a few weeks to kick in but I've had no knee pain since taking the Biflex and made it another football season pain free.

I agree. I have used them on and off for 5 years. I quickly noticed improvement in the quality of my hair, skin and nails and I feel confident they help with joint pain and overall health. They (alone) aren’t going to help significant joint pain, IMO.

The single best thing I’ve done to relieve severe joint pain and stiffness is an elimination diet. I went from hardly being able to take a step right after sitting or sleeping for long periods (and also being tested for lupus and RA) to standing and walking immediately with little pain or stiffness. When I’m consistent with keeping certain foods/additives out of my diet I feel like I’ve turned the clock back at least a decade, maybe more. Look at Whole30 or Wake Up and Read the Labels on social media. There are tons more resources but I think they both do a good job of explaining what ingredients cause negative responses and why.

Looks like I’ve tripped into a thread of gullible idiots.

The answer is no.

You know what’s made of “collagen peptides”? Jello. Besides, proteins are broken down into their constituent amino acids during digestion.
