In Bossier Parish, it probably is all they did. They also stop a lot of people for items hanging down from the rear view mirror. Usually, the stop is a roust or an excuse to search.
Whittington is out of control, baw.

Kind of my thought too. I doubt this gets past a judge.

Be honest. No matter how cool you are. You'll never be as cool as Darth Vader wearing a kilt while riding a unicycle and playing flaming bagpipes.

I read an article a few months ago that said Mardi Gras Day is technically the only time someone can legally wear a mask in public in LA.

I bet everyone in this thread giving Darth shite would pitch a bitch fit if their kid got in trouble on Halloween. But I'm sure you think that's different tho....

Halloween is specifically listed in the law as an exception. Glad you read the article.

That's the type helmet I've got. But on cold days or when it's raining, I wear my neoprene mask with it. If you look back one page at the guy in the yellow lens glasses I posted, that's actually me.

LOL. No. The yellow lens riding glasses are designed to reduce glare of either the sun or especially headlights at night. And those glasses have rubber padding around the lenses that keep air from getting through. They're almost more like goggles than riding glasses. Now that I don't wear contact any longer though, I have to stick with my prescription sunglasses in the day or regular glasses at night.

Pic #1..dude is most definitely into some gimp/bondage/BDSM type shite.

Way to proliferate the gay biker stereotype, bro.

I have a friend who drives a motorcycle. A few months ago he was passing a dead animal on the side of the road and a buzzard flew up right in front of him. Hit him in the chest. I assume buzzards have some self defense mechanism that when they think they are being attacked they vomit and shite them selves. The buzzards puke and diarrhea like poop when all over my friend and his motorcycle.

I laughed at him and told him he needed a shower.

Where is the officer discretion? If it is 40 degrees and someone on a motorcyle has a facemask, are you really going to pull that person over?

I have no idea if this is true, but any cop that enforces that law with no other factors being involved in pulling the driver over needs to have his arse beat. These are the same frickers driving 90 in a 55 in their patrol unit with no emergency.

I try as hard as I can to respect LEO, but they make it hard to do with bullshite like this.
